All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes: • 3–5 business days for metro cities • 5–7 business days for other locations across India Please note: Delivery times may vary based on your location, local courier availability, and unforeseen factors like weather or strikes.

We currently deliver across all major cities and towns in India. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you before processing your order or issue a full refund if already paid.

We offer: • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499 • For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee will be added at checkout • COD (Cash on Delivery) charges may apply and will be mentioned during order placement

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID and link via email or SMS. You can use it to check the live status of your delivery at any time.

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, Firecox is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect shipping addresses, or force majeure events. If your order is delayed beyond the expected time, our support team is here to help.

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order up to 2–3 times. If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us, and reshipping charges may apply.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We have 7 day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days

If a return and refund is approved, the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
